A Valentine's Chocolate Sampling

I think we have created a new Valentine's tradition at our house. Tonight for Valentine's we and the kids had a chocolate sampling. Starting with milk chocolate we worked our way up the chocolate ladder to 90% pure: 65%, 75%, 85%, 90%. We then followed with the flavours: 70% with orange, 70% with cherry and chili, and lastly the unexpected 43% with sea salt. I'm not so sure about the latter, but it was a hit with Joanna. Galen surprised by liking chocolate in 85% range, even appreciating the 90%. Raynham is a kid's purist - milk chocolate all the way.
